Not every account sees every tool. Access is set by an administrator from the Admin page, and this knowledge base follows the same rules.
Home page tools
| Badge on the card | Meaning |

| (none) | Open to everyone, signed in or not. |
| Login required | Any signed-in account can use it. |
| API key required | Needs your RaceResult API key on file. |
| Admin | Administrators only. |
Some tools are also locked to named accounts; they are hidden entirely from everyone else.
Event tools
Each event tool is granted to an account individually. Event Details is always available; any other event tool appears in an event's sidebar only once an administrator has granted it.
If a tool you need is missing, ask an administrator to grant it. Articles for tools you cannot use are not shown here.
